Upon registering with Sakhr Portal, choosing a password and entering a user name, you become responsible for the confidentiality of the user name and the password. You are fully responsible for all the activities made under your user name and password, and you agree to immediately notify Sakhr Portal of any unauthorized use of your password and member account.. Sakhr Portal is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with what is mentioned in this section (3).

The information you provide during registration and any other personal data you submit shall be treated with confidentiality under the terms of the Privacy Statement of Sakhr Portal.

All copyrights on Sakhr Portal are protected, in whole and in parts, by the laws of United Arab Emirates, international treaties and other copyrights laws. The content of Sakhr Portal are available for your sole personal, non-commercial use. All content is owned and/or managed by Sakhr Portal or a third-party content provider. You hereby undertake to abide by all future notifications, information or restrictions posted on this site about copyright.

• Material that contains advertisement.
• Material that contains misleading or false information.

7. Indemnification

By joining this site, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold Sakhr Portal, and all its staff, owners, information providers, agents, affiliates, licensors and partners (referred to hereafter as the ‘Indemnified Parties’) harmless from any liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties regarding any claim that may arise from a breach by you of this Agreement. You have also to fully cooperate in defending Sakhr Portal against any claims. The site Sakhr Portal has the right to assume exclusive defense subject to indemnification by you. You shall not have the right, in any case, to settle any matter without a written permission from Sakhr Portal.

8. Content of Sakhr Portal

The Sakhr Portal, including all its content, information, materials, facilities, software and functions are provided ‘as is’. Sakhr Portal and its affiliates make no warranties for the content, materials, information or functions made by accessible by the software used on or accessed through the Sakhr Portal, for any products, services or hyperlinks to third parties, or for any security breach related to the transmission of sensitive information through the Sakhr Portal or any of its linked sites. The provision and the explanation of this Agreement and its provisions shall be governed by the Law of United Arab Emirates, regardless of the regardless of conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction in any action filed in relation to this Agreement shall lie exclusively with a competent court.

This Agreement constitutes an Agreement between you and Sakhr Portal with respect to your use of the Sakhr Portal. Any action you may file with respect to your use of Sakhr Portal must be made within one year after your claim arises. If a competent court, for any reason, finds that a provision of the Agreement, or part of a provision, unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and in a way that ensures the objectives of this Agreement are met. Sakhr Portal disclaims any responsibility for content contained in any third party materials provided through links with the Sakhr Portal.
